Reporting Ohio Medicaid Fraud (Complaint Form and Phone #)
Medicaid fraud occurs when a Medicaid provider knowingly makes, or causes to be made, a false or misleading statement or representation for use in obtaining reimbursement from the medical assistance program. This would include, but is not limited to, billing for services not provided, charging Medicaid more than the reasonable value of the services and providing services that were medically unnecessary.

Veterans/Military

Veterans Bonus Amendment (Ohio)
Veterans who served in Iraq, Afghanistan or the Persian Gulf would receive $100 for each month of service up to a total of $1,000. Veterans who served elsewhere during those conflicts would receive $50 a month up to a total of $500. Family members of those killed in action would receive $5,000 in addition to any other allowable compensation.
