Consumer Tips On Choosing A Health Club/Your Rights

Health club contracts must be in writing, and the club must give you a copy when you sign it. Lifetime health club contracts cannot be enforced an any health club contract for more than $1,000 is also unenforceable.  Also, unenforceable is any provision in the contract that says you or anyone acting on your behalf will have to keep paying if you become disabled or die.
