The GA Division Of Families & Children Services (DFACS)
Subsidy moneys are available to income eligible parents through DFACs.  Parents may elect to have child care provided by a child care center, child care group home, family child care home, or a friend, relative or neighbor.  Child care providers bill the local county DFACS for the cost of care.

Offers free day care for homeless children while their parents  look for jobs and housing.  Children at Our House range from 2 months to 5 years and the center can care for up to 42 children at a time.  Children can stay at the center for up to four months and will receive health services, clothing and three meals a day. All applicants must come from the Metro Atlanta area and must be referred by a shelter or non-profit agency.
